Piper Cub Productions’ corporate mission is to develop and produce projects in the media and the arts that promote and enhance social change.
Jeanne Elfant Festa is the CEO of Piper Cub Productions, a Los Angeles based independent production company founded in 2004.
Piper Cub Productions is also working on several projects with Los Angeles and United Kingdom based Exclusive Media Group and its documentary arm, Spitfire Pictures. Most recent EMG/Spitfire documentaries include the theatrically released, Foo Fighters Back and Forth, directed by Oscar Winner James Moll and George Harrison: Living in the Material World, directed by Martin Scorsese for HBO (USA) and international distribution. Collectively Piper Cub and EMG/Spitfire make definitive signature award winning theatrical released documentary feature films that will be as relevant as today as it will be in a hundred years.
In addition, we have collectively forged a relationship with, Emmy, Grammy winning and highly acclaimed film maker director, Thom Zimny for several projects to produce including: Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band; Live in New York City, Wings for Wheels; the Making of Born to Run, The Promise; The Making of Darkness on the Edge of Town.
